Why This Role Is Important:We are building a top-tier team to tackle challenges in Demand Planning, Revenue Growth Management, and Demand-Supply Agility in CPG and Retail. We aim to exceed current benchmarks by 5%-10% and require exceptional talent to achieve high accuracy, scalability, and explainability.

What You Will Do:Lead the backend engineering team to design and implement efficient, scalable software solutions.Architect and maintain backend systems to meet performance and reliability standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end elements and address business challenges.Drive the development and deployment of new features in alignment with business goals.Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Oversee the performance management of applications and databases.

Experience Required:

SaaS Product Development:

Proven experience in developing and scaling SaaS products.Leadership & Mentoring:

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor backend development teams, promoting a culture of learning and innovation.Strong Coding & Node.js Expertise:

Mastery of Node.js is essential, along with strong coding and algorithmic skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.Architectural Design:

Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, distributed backend systems.REST & GraphQL Frameworks:

Proficient in REST frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django, Node, Go) and experienced in building GraphQL queries/mutations, preferably with Python.Microservices & Data Handling:

Extensive experience in developing scalable microservices and handling large datasets to enhance performance.Database Management:

Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases, with experience in optimizing application and database performance.Software Engineering Processes:

Familiarity with GIT, JIRA, and other software engineering practices.
