What you will do  

The master data specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of master data within the organization. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define data standards, establish data governance processes, and drive data quality initiatives.​ 


Duties and Responsibilities : 

  • Support data requests from requesters across various regions and countries for master data domain in scope.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of master data requests.
  • Follow policy, governance, and procedure requirements for data formatting and taxonomy standards during data entry based on training.
  • Sustains quality and timely master data, whether existing or new data.
  • Resolve data issues and discrepancies, working closely with data owners and subject matter experts.
  • Monitor and report on data quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to end users on data management best practices.

 ​ 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience
  • Previous expereience in either: accounts payable/acct recieveable/ general accounting/manufaturing
  • Basic understanding of data screens within ERP/MDM system
  • Clearly understand the flow of Master Data add, change, deactivate processes and should be able to generate/review basic data quality reports
  • Multi-lingual, to include English and at least one to two additional language(s).
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • FY23 Performance rating should not be less than “Consistently Meets Expectations”. 
  • Fresh graduates/postgraduates during their training period are not allowed to apply.
