We are a niche brand looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service Join our dynamic team as an Operations & Client Services Coordinator We're seeking a motivated individual to manage operational tasks, client database, and social media interactions with precision and enthusiasm.Key Responsibilities:Operational Tasks:Prepare line sheets and keynotes based on client selections.Coordinate with vendors for labels, tags, and customization on cloth bags for private label orders.Assist in completing and updating product catalogs.Coordinate the dispatch of client order-related packages to Srinagar.Ensure all custom products are photographed, with costing details updated in client files and folders.Maintain both digital and physical client files and packaging instructions for wholesale clients, ensuring adherence before shipping.Keep track of custom packing and shipping supplies for wholesale clients.Client Database Management:Manage and update retail databases (Master XL, Office Phone WhatsApp Groups, Mailchimp, Asaf VIP Lists).Respond to all comments and direct messages on Instagram in a timely manner, adhering to given guidelines.Review and engage with new Instagram followers according to guidelines.Keep the photo gallery updated with new product photos and sales information.Provide standard responses to WhatsApp messages from clients on the official phone.Other Responsibilities:Assist in the store during client and group visits as needed.Qualifications:Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in digital file management and social media platforms.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience with retail databases and client interaction preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.PackageWill be determined as per industry standard combined with candidate potential.We are looking forward to your starting as soon as possible.
