Job Summary:

As part of the MIS platform migration from Socit Gnrale to BPCE infrastructure, the Testing Team will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, consistency, and security of data and reporting tools across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate migrated data across PostgreSQL and Oracle databases to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Test dashboards developed in SAP BO, Tableau, and Power BI to confirm:
  • Functional consistency between old and new environments,
  • Data alignment and correctness,
  • Performance and responsiveness.
  • Verify access rights and data visibility:
  • Ensure users only see data they are authorized to access,
  • Validate role-based access control (RBAC) configurations.
  • Test API endpoints to confirm they return expected results and remain functional post-migration.
  • Validate DataStage job executions, including:
  • Job success/failure status,
  • Data transformation accuracy,

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in data validation and BI testing in complex environments.
  • Years of Experience : 5 to 8 Years
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for data comparison and analysis.
  • Familiarity with BI tools: SAP BO, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Understanding of ETL processes and tools (e.g., IBM DataStage).
  • Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, Swagger, automated scripts).
  • Knowledge of access control testing and security validation.
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work in cross-functional teams
    • Collaborative testers with a strong focus on data quality and security.
  • Able to communicate findings clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
