The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language , a passion for teaching, and expertise in phonics, grammar, creative writing, and spoken English . Key Responsibilities: Teach English Language & Literature for Grades 3, 4, and 5 as per the CBSE curriculum . Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to enhance reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Incorporate phonics, storytelling, creative writing, and grammar activities to make learning interactive and effective. Encourage spoken English through role-playing, debates, and discussions. Use innovative teaching methodologies , including technology integration, visual aids, and hands-on activities. Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to track student progress. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that nurtures students' confidence and communication skills. Collaborate with co-teachers and school leadership to enhance the English language program . Organize literary activities, storytelling sessions, reading clubs, and English-related competitions . Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development. Qualifications & Requirements: Educational Qualification: B.A./M.A. in English with B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching English at the primary level (CBSE experience preferred). Skills: Strong phonics knowledge and ability to teach foundational English concepts.
