We also look for:Primary SkillsYou must be a self-starter and be able to work independently and with teamsYou possess detailed functional knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE / Core Banking Products or modules and end-to-end implementation experienceYou should have the ability to collaborate and connect with client Business Teams independentlyYou should be able to analyze solution approaches, estimations, standard methodologies, project risks and recommendationsYou should be able to understand client requirements and map them to ‘off-the-shelf’ products or product features to decide whether they would be more suitable than building a new system from scratchYou should be able to participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings and Product-Walkthrough workshops with the CustomerYou possess excellent analytical, presentation and communications skills, demonstrable ability to translate business requirements into technology specificationsYou possess excellent knowledge of banking terminologies, concepts, and processesYou possess IT skills including Microsoft OfficeYou possess good communication & documentation skills in EnglishExperience of 4 to 6 years with at least 2 years in primary skill areasExperience in implementation and / or support of core banking applicationsShould hold at least a bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent degreeYou should be willing to work at offshore as well as travel to client locations for short, medium, or long duration assignmentsShould be willing to work in shiftsShould be willing to take up FLEXCUBE certifications in functional areas as and when required.Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced and exciting environment4+ years of experience as Business Analyst in Banking domain on FLEXCUBE UBS or any competitor Core banking application (from Infosys / TCS / Temenos / Misys etc.)Solid Understanding on more than one of following banking domains - CASA + Term deposits, Loans, Trade Finance, Treasury (Forex, Money Markets, Securities, Derivatives), PaymentsIf ex-banker, Hands-on experience with application for product configuration and testing is a must. Hands-on experience in this should NOT be older than 1 year in this activity.If non-banker, then development and testing experience is must.Knowledge of SQL is a plusInternational banking exposure is a plusExperience / exposure to new areas such as origination, virtual account management (VAM), Liquidity Management, Block chain is a plusSecondary SkillsYou possess knowledge of basic SQL query writing, Report writing, Workflow / dashboard creationYou have exposure to software development processes and practices, Testing toolsYou are aware of the newest technologies in Banking
