Duration – 12 months Key Responsibilities: Order and Invoice Processing: Receiving customer orders, verifying information, and creating accurate invoices. Cash Application: Applying customer payments to the correct accounts, reconciling unapplied cash, and managing cash applications based on remittances. Accounts Receivable Management: Tracking and reconciling accounts receivable balances, handling collections, and managing overdue accounts. Dispute Resolution: Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies, customer queries, and payment disputes. Reporting: Preparing reports on key metrics like service performance, aged debt, and payment status. Compliance and Process Improvement: Ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulations and contributing to the continuous improvement of O2C processes. What you gain as an Intern? Strong understanding of the order-to-cash cycle and financial processes. Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems. Develop communication and interpersonal skills to work with various departments and external customers. Develop Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle discrepancies and improve processes.
