Job Summary:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality and safety compliance, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing technical support throughout the construction process. This role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and technical skills to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee daily site activities to ensure adherence to design, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections, measure work progress, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
  • Interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications to provide technical guidance to the workforce.
  • Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with project standards.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project timelines.
  • Resolve technical issues, site-related challenges, and coordinate for timely solutions.
  • Maintain proper documentation of site activities, including work progress, materials usage, and site issues.
  • Support the Project Manager in cost control, risk management, and client reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or B.E
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ranchi, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Infrastructure: 7 years (Preferred)
  • Civil engineering: 7 years (Preferred)
