Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a React JS Developer at Anotech India Solutions, located in Noida. The React JS Developer will be responsible for front-end development and back-end web development tasks. The role involves collaborating with the team to create and maintain web applications using JavaScript and Redux.js. Some remote work is acceptable.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.Collaborate with the product team to translate visual designs and wireframes into high-quality code.Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.Create and maintain software documentation.Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality software development.

Project Management:Plan and prioritize development tasks and project timelines.Collaborate with Team Lead and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.Allocate resources, set goals, and monitor project progress.Mitigate risks and solve technical challenges as they arise.Agile methodology (scrum framework) utilization in project execution.

Must-Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.Familiarity with RESTful APIs.Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.A knack for benchmarking and optimization.

Nice to Haves

Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.Understanding of Git, Docker, and continuous integration practices.A portfolio of projects or contributions to open source that demonstrates your skill and enthusiasm for software development.
