A reputed Corporate Client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Freelance Psychologist to conduct onsite seminars focused on psychological well-being, stress management, and mental health awareness for employees working at wind energy project sites in Karnataka.

You will be delivering engaging, informative, and interactive sessions tailored for field staff and technical teams operating in remote project environments.

(b)Key Responsibilities:

Conduct onsite psychological training/seminars at wind project sites.

Cover topics like stress management, emotional resilience, motivation, and mental wellness.

Adapt content for a mixed audience of engineers, technicians, and ground-level staff.

Use interactive tools and techniques to engage the audience effectively.

Submit a brief post-session report outlining observations and recommendations.

(b)Candidate Requirements:

Master's degree or above in Psychology.

Experience in conducting seminars or workshops for corporate/industrial clients.

Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Willingness to travel and conduct sessions in remote locations.

Ability to work independently and manage logistics on-site.
