Role: SAP BW 4/HANA Consultant

Exp: 7+ Years

Location: Hyderabad/Ahmedabad


Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP BW/4HANA Consultant with expertise in modern data warehousing and analytics tools to support our enterprise reporting and planning needs. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Advanced DSOs (aDSOs) , Composite Providers , Analysis for Office (AO) , and SAP Datasphere (formerly Data Warehouse Cloud) .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain SAP BW/4HANA data models using aDSOs, Info Objects, and CompositeProviders.
  • Integrate SAP BW/4HANA with various SAP and non-SAP source systems.
  • Develop and enhance reports using SAP Analysis for Office to meet business reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into robust data models.
  • Utilize SAP Datasphere for cloud-based data modeling and integration scenarios.
  • Optimize data flows for performance and efficiency, leveraging HANA modeling where applicable.
  • Support data governance and data quality initiatives.
  • Document technical specifications, process flows, and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with SAP BW/4HANA modeling tools and architecture.
  • Proficient in Advanced DataStore Objects (aDSOs) and Composite Providers .
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Analysis for Office for reporting.
  • Good understanding of SAP Datasphere/Data Warehouse Cloud concepts.
  • Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA views , SQL scripting, and performance tuning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certification in BW/4HANA or HANA modeling.
  • Exposure to S/4HANA embedded analytics .
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
