Purpose of the Role

The product specialist is responsible for the post sales application training at new and existing EUS

(Endoscopic Ultrasound Scan)

products. He is responsible for pre sales demos of EUS products and support for clinical activity in his region. Develops and Maintains relationship with all the key EUS users.

Illustrative ResponsibilitiesProvide technical and clinical leadership during and post installation, demonstrating full range of EUS & EBUS features/products including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers.Develop and deliver product training to customers on equipment use.Monitor customer installations of EUS & EBUS products to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.Responsible for brand promotion and create modality awareness in tier 2/tier 3 cities.Handling all conference/workshops independently and follow critical leads.High end demonstration and technical support to sales team along with application support to new users.Developing good relations with users/clinicians.Developing new HCP’’s and project them at all levels.Application support for regional and national conferences and workshops.Training to sales team and developing them.Gather info about competitors’ products and their campaigns.Must act with highest integrity and depicts sense of ownership.

Minimum requirements

Education Qualification:

Diploma/B.Tech(Electronics)/MBACandidate’s preference – Local should be preferred

Experience Required

:5-7 years relevant experience in medical devices/ultrasound
