We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Offshore Senior level IT Recruiter to support our US staffing operations from our Chennai office. If you have a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles across various domains- Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, Career Builder), Linked In, and other platforms- Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with US-based hiring managers- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers- Ensure compliance with US staffing protocols and documentation standards- Work in EST time zones as neededRequirements- 4–6 years of experience in US IT staffing or technical recruitment- Strong understanding of US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, C2 C, 1099), and work authorizations- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously- Willingness to work night shifts or overlapping US hours
