Job Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated SPORTS PSYCHOLOGIST with a penchant for health to join our team. This role is uniquely designed for professionals who have experience working with corporate clients on their physical health, mental health, and organizational skills, particularly time management. Additionally, we are looking for someone who has personally embarked on their own fitness journey, gaining valuable psychological insights into mindset, motivation, and overcoming barriers.


A SPORTS psychologist who specializes in CBT, with experience in handling emotional eating, low motivation, procrastination, and behaviour change for clients pursuing sustainable health and wellness goals


Your expertise will be key in helping our clients break through psychological barriers and achieve their health and fitness goals.


What We’re Looking For:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, with significant experience in counseling, therapy, or related fields.

• A clinical or counseling psychologist who specializes in CBT, with experience in handling emotional eating, low motivation, procrastination, and behavior change for clients pursuing sustainable health and wellness goals

• Proven experience working with corporate clients on physical health, mental health, and organizational skills.

• Personal experience in a fitness journey, with insights into the psychological aspects of mindset and motivation.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong analytical abilities to assess client progress and adapt strategies accordingly.

• A passion for health, wellness, and transformative personal development.


Key Responsibilities :

• Client Relationship Management : Build deep, trusting relationships with clients, facilitating their commitment to and progress toward their health goals.

• Psychological Insight Application : Utilize psychological principles and personal fitness experiences to enhance client engagement, motivation, and satisfaction.

• Issue Resolution : Address and resolve client concerns with empathy and efficiency to ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction.

• Holistic Collaboration : Work closely with fitness and nutrition experts to create comprehensive, personalized wellness strategies that align with each client’s unique needs.

• Client Advocacy : Serve as a champion for the client’s voice within the organization, providing feedback to continuously improve our services.

• Engage Personally : Connect deeply with each client, understanding their psychological triggers and barriers, and craft a path that supports their mental well-being alongside their fitness goals.

• Leverage Personal Experience : Draw on your own health and fitness journey to provide relatable, effective psychological insights that motivate and empower clients.
