Competitive PayESOPsOverview of theJob:The Warehouse Manager is a key rolewithin the organisation responsibleforoverseeing and managing the endtoendsupply chain operations for aspecificproduct or product category. Therole plays a vital role in the companybyensuring the smooth of supply chainactivities supporting businessgrowth andenhancing customersatisfaction.
KeyResponsibilities Oversee and manage dailywarehouse operations ensuring smoothandefficientProcesses.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)forreceiving handlingstoring and dispatching of materials.Monitor and manage warehouse layout and space utilisation tomaximiseoperationalefficiency. Should be able to efficiently develop a planogram forwarehouselayoutsincluding storage and locationplanning. Ensure timely and accurateprocessing of orders from receipt todispatchand avoiddefined TAT breach.Coordinate with various stakeholders & ensure alignmentofwarehouse activitieswith business needs.Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure dataaccuracy. Ensure that all warehouseoperations comply with health andsafetyregulations.Oversee the implementation and utilization of warehousemanagementsystems (WMS)and other relevanttechnology. Analyze warehouse performancemetrics. Lead the daily directionsettingprocess by reporting resultshighlightingissuesand requesting vitalresources. Reconciliation of weekly/Monthlypurchase to COGS. Ensure all commercialcompliance is met and SOPs are adhered to.Should be able to identify and eliminate potential transactionlosses. Responsible for maintaining accuratedata with regards todaytodaywarehousetransactions. Should take complete ownershipof the ERP Warehouse Module andimprovise onthis to increase efficiency of operation byautomation. Own the complete MDM definevarious attribute levels as per thebusinessrequirement
