Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600017 Experience required – 5 years minimum Age – 30 to 35 Gender: Male Languages: English, Hindi (Preferable) MBA would be an added advantage any person with good business management skill, sales, marketing, people management, business analysis etc. For State Head CRICO, Looking ideally a younger guy with an engineer MBA / sales & stable job / good command of English or the person must have done something out of the way in his job as convincing new Franchisees is key and the first person should be really good.. Job Responsibilities: To achieve new business –new CRICO Franchisee appointments To achieve new children registrations To retain the existing business and to ensure the program delivery standards are maintained To manage CRICO team (Franchisees / Teachers), so that they are aligned with SIP’s Vision and Values To be responsible for Area Profitability The candidate should be willing to travel.
