Mission

1. Market research Analysis and strategic planning:● Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes. Research onDemand drivers, generator identification, statistical sales data, trade area survey.● Business Case study, Retail Models, Customer data & survey, competition and market mapping● Analyze demographic data, consumer preferences, market intelligence, market trends and purchasing patterns to informretail expansion strategies.● City, cluster, region and country data analytics.

2. Retail Analysis:● Evaluate the performance of existing retail outlets through sales data analysis, foot traffic metrics, and customerfeedback.● Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in retail operations and communication based on data analysis.● Planning metrics, conduct root cause analysis, sensitivity/vulnerability study: Ambition v/s Actual delta analysis, turn overprojection. demand variability- top down and bottom up approach.

3. Financial Analysis of Stores, business model and Benchmarking:● Analyze financial performance metrics of stores including revenue, profit margins, and cost-effectiveness.● Benchmark store performance against industry standards and competitors to identify areas for improvement.● In-Store, Out-Store and all other performance study, analysis, reporting and action plan strategy along with the leader.● Real estate valuation, rental benchmarking, business model and trajectory development

4. Geo-marketing & tool management:● Utilize geographical data and market segmentation techniques to target specific customer demographics.● Develop localized marketing strategy and promotions to maximize engagement and sales.● Part of data analytics for business development, GIS tool team and such other data points and sources as may berequired and adapted by the company.

5. Creating Dashboards of Data for Growth:● Design and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards growthobjectives.● Provide regular reports and insights to management based on dashboard data analysis and project management,administration and action plan.

6. Growth Manager:● Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and expansion in target markets.● Identify new opportunities for market penetration and retail development.● Support leaders to create short and long term visions.

7. Strategy for Cities. Cluster and Country (to work with the leader):● Develop strategic plans for expansion into new cities and regions, considering factors such as market potential,competition, and regulatory environment.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute expansion strategies effectively.

8. Coordinating with Various Business Units for Consolidated Business Development Strategy:● Liaise with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to align business development efforts and strategies.● Ensure consistency and synergy across different business functions towards achieving common goals.● Preparation of trajectory, ambition and forecast, pitch documents - vision - short term and long term approach.9. Administration (to work with the leader):● Support team leader in organizing team activities, key meetings, board presentation, project presentations, datadashboard, audit and reporting presentation and dashboard.● Manage data archival, tool automations, and GIS (Geographic Information System) applications for efficient workflow, asmay be required and applicable from times.● Facilitate human development initiatives, including training programs and skill enhancement activities. Create humandevelopment dashboards along with leaders.● Organization of leadership meets, business unit meets and national and zonal business development meets, training,inspirational meetings, market study visits and all allied activities.

Profile

Qualifications and Skills:- Experience- 3-4 years- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience in retail analysis, market research, and strategic planning.- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software.- Strong understanding of geo-marketing principles and methodologies.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with diverse teams.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business priorities.- Experience with GIS software and administrative tasks is a plus.

**Note:**This job profile requires data mindset and a blend of analytical, strategic, and administrative skills, along with a deep understandingof retail dynamics and geographical nuances. The Geo-marketer plays a crucial role in driving retail expansion and businessdevelopment initiatives and optimizing market presence for sustainable and profitable growth, reporting directly to the CountryBusiness Development/Real Estate Director.Apart from the above, the role involves and demands the following:1. Business travel and mobility - for data analytics and working with the local teams and travel for any of the jobs describedabove.2. To work autonomously and be responsible at city level/cluster/country level.3. Self-motivated/Entrepreneur and business development mindset4. Project management and project leadership – to network, federate and co-ordinate the team (experts and decisionmakers).
