We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Engineer for Application Support to join our team in Gurugram. The successful candidate will provide expert support for our application systems, ensuring their stability, performance, and reliability. This role requires a strong background in PLC programming, particularly with Siemens and Rockwell platforms, as well as proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, and Oracle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide advanced technical support for application systems, focusing on PLC-based automation systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Siemens and Rockwell platforms, including Step7, WinCC, PCS7, and TIA.

- Perform software commissioning and post-commissioning support at various sites.

- Conduct integrated testing with automation systems to ensure seamless operation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in system performance and reliability.

- Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and resolutions.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in application support and PLC development.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in PLC programming and application support.

- Strong expertise in Siemens and Rockwell platforms.

- Experience with Step7, WinCC, PCS7, and TIA.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and the .NET Framework.

- Solid understanding of SQL, Oracle, and database management.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
