Position: Talent Acquisition ExecutiveExperience: 1+ yearsLocation: Pune (Work from Office)We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support our recruitment efforts and contribute to key HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing talent while assisting with core HR activities in a dynamic tech environment.Key Responsibilities:Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drivesCreate compelling job posts and outreach messages to attract quality talentScreen resumes and assess candidate applicationsConduct initial screening interviews (telephonic/virtual)Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managersCollaborate with recruitment vendors to meet hiring goalsAssist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks as requiredRequirements:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisitionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of IT roles, recruitment processes, and screening techniquesFamiliarity with sourcing tools (Linked In, Naukri, etc.) and ATS systemsGood organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficient in MS Office tools
