Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of experience in General Ledger (GL) accounting and proficiency in SAP modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

General Ledger Management:Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure timely and accurate posting of journal entries.Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.

SAP Module Management:Utilize SAP modules for accounting and financial reporting.Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the SAP system.Generate and analyze financial reports using SAP.Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues in collaboration with the IT team.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:Prepare financial statements and management reports.Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.Support budget preparation and forecasting activities.Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

Compliance and Audits:Ensure compliance with accounting policies, standards, and regulations.Assist in internal and external audits.Maintain documentation and records for audit purposes.

Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.Implement best practices in accounting and financial reporting.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in General Ledger accounting.Proficiency in SAP modules (FI/CO preferred).Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (GAAP, IFRS).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
