Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Intern with strong on-camera presence, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of current social media trends . You will play a crucial role in building our brand's online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving content that resonates . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in front of the camera , creating engaging content, and leveraging social media platforms to maximize reach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Social Media Strategy
Plan, create, and manage a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
Develop high-quality reels, short-form videos, and live sessions featuring yourself or team members to engage audiences.
Write compelling captions, headlines, and hashtags aligned with brand goals.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing graphics, animations, and video content .
2. On-Camera Engagement & Trend Implementation
Be the face of RegisterKaro's social media presence , appearing in reels, stories, and live sessions.
Actively engage with trending social media formats, challenges, and viral content to keep our platforms fresh.
Research and implement emerging trends , ensuring content stays relevant and innovative.
3. Community Management & Growth
Build and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
Develop strategies to increase followers, boost engagement, and drive organic reach .
Monitor industry trends and incorporate new content ideas and engagement strategies .
4. Performance Analysis & Optimization
Track and analyze KPIs such as engagement rates, impressions, reach, and conversions .
Generate weekly and monthly reports to measure content performance and suggest improvements.
Stay updated with algorithm changes and best practices across all platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok .
On-Camera Presence: Comfortable appearing in videos, live streams, and interactive content.
Basic Design & Editing Skills: Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools .
Analytics & Trend Awareness: Ability to track performance and implement trending content formats .
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences.
