Location - Hyderabad And Bangalore Qualification: Graduation (we need experienced candidate in Patent/IPR Sector) Desired Skills and Experience: - 1. Prior art searches (Patent and NPLs) 2. Experience in an IPR law firm or in the IPR department of other organizations. Precise experience in handling transactions at the e-filing module of the Indian Patent office such as filing of applications, formality documents, responses, post-grant documents etc. 3. Good academic record and analytical skills 4. Confident; sound communication skills; ability to coordinate with clients and professional personnel within the firm; good relationship skills , Database Known (PatSeer, Google Patent, Google Scholar) 5. Knowledge of constitution, legal terminology, regulations and court system 6.
