We're looking for a Senior Motion Designer  to drive storytelling and brand expression through motion. From brand films to snackable reels, you'll craft content that informs, excites, and converts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ideate and execute motion content for digital, brand, and performance campaigns
  • Animate graphics, type, transitions, and mixed-media elements
  • Build brand motion systems and reusable design assets/templates
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and creative leads
  • Stay updated on content formats, design trends, and platform styles
  • Manage timelines while maintaining output quality and originality
Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in motion/content roles (agency or brand-led)
  • Portfolio with brand films, reels, animations, and mixed media storytelling
  • Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Blender or C4D is a bonus
  • Strong understanding of motion rhythm, pacing, and transitions
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts through clear visuals
Good to Have
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Runway, Sora, or Pika
  • Exposure to D2C 
  • Understanding of how audio, design, and narrative come together
  • Interest in building design systems for scalable content
  • Experience mentoring junior talent or leading small teams
