Position -Product Trainer
Segment -Training
Location -Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Well versed with Apple products, third party accessories Operating system software and devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad, Pulse, etc)
Evaluate various training techniques (Eg: gamification, case studies and group activities)
Liaise with Team leads and managers to determine training needs and design effective training modules (Product and Soft Skills) to meet enterprise parameters
Measure the effectiveness of training programs by conducting evaluations with participants and managers after training has been completed
Keep up to date on new developments in the field of training and development.
Maintain accurate records of employee participation in training programs.
Prepare reports on the progress of employees in training programs.
Conducting training sessions for new hires in person or online using web conferencing tools
Visit stores to assess the executives knowledge and interaction
with customers
Desired Profile:
Proficient in delivering effective presentations
High inclination towards selling technology and delivering training on products & accessories
Strong communication skills and business acumen
High adaptability with a mindset to deliver results
Willingness to learn and take initiatives
Should be willing to travel and visit stores across PAN India location
