Education Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle per day follow-up calls with students/parents.
• Welcome & guide students during office visits.
• Provide basic education counselling about courses.
• Assist in admission process & documentation.
• Coordinate with the sales team for student enrollment support.
• Manage general admin work – data entry, emails, reports, filing, etc.
• Maintain a friendly & professional environment in the office.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate.
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi/ Marathi Local language).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Emailing).
• Freshers can also apply (training will be provided).
