Silvish is a premium 925 sterling silver jewelry brand based in Delhi, offering Italian-inspired modern designs with AAAAA grade zircons and high-quality rhodium/18k gold polish. We are building one of India's most loved and fastest-growing silver jewelry brands, known for premium quality, minimal yet bold aesthetics, and strong storytelling.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong branding knowledge  to join our growing team. This role goes beyond just design execution – you will play a key part in shaping Silvish's brand identity across digital, print, and packaging touchpoints. The ideal candidate is someone who understands aesthetics, storytelling, and brand-building, while being hands-on with design tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative designs  for social media posts, ads, website banners, emailers, lookbooks, and packaging.
  • Translate brand vision into consistent visual language  across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design high-converting ad creatives and engaging Instagram content.
  • Support campaign launches with fresh, trend-driven yet premium visual concepts.
  • Collaborate on brand identity projects  (typography, color palette, guidelines, mascot, mood boards, etc.).
  • Create festival- and occasion-based design themes.
  • Ensure design alignment with Silvish's premium and modern positioning .
  • Stay updated with design and branding trends in luxury, fashion, and D2C space.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience  in graphic design, preferably in fashion, luxury, or D2C brands.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma.
  • Experience in branding, storytelling, and visual identity development .
  • A portfolio showcasing premium, minimal, and aesthetic design work .
  • Understanding of social media trends, ad design, and consumer psychology.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of photography, motion graphics, or video editing.
Soft Skills
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
  • Ability to balance premium aesthetics with performance-driven design.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in bringing fresh ideas.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced D2C brand environment.
Location & Working Hours
  • Full-time, in-office role  (Pitampura, New Delhi).
  • Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM.
