Hybrid (Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai / Delhi / Hyderabad) Mandatory Skill- Project Management experience with Veeva Vault/MLR and PromoMats , along with proficiency in Power BI and Excel . Indegene is looking for talented professionals to complement the team. In light of this, the role holder in Project Management would act as a partner to plan and implement short-term and long-term on-time and on-budget delivery of projects. Understand project scope, goals, and deliverables based on the needs of the assigned business unit. Manage customer expectations in terms of response time and communication; ensure high CSAT scoresthrough proactive client and stakeholder engagement. Anticipate potential bottlenecks and propose effective solutions to clients or production teams in advance. Communicate project requirements clearly and on time to team members and stakeholders; identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths. Collaborate with domain and technical leads to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Liaise with project stakeholders regularly to ensure alignment and progress. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team promptly. Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirement documents, and presentations. Define project success criteria and ensure they are communicated across all stakeholders throughout the project life cycle. Develop and implement best practices and tools for effective project execution and management.
