Responsibilities:Lead the development, architecture, and maintenance of all frontend apps (admin, driver, customer)Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to rapidly deliver new featuresOwn and champion code quality, maintainability, and performance across projectsMentor and review code for junior engineers to uphold development excellenceAdvocate for modern frontend best practices, with an emphasis on automated testing, accessibility, and usabilityDrive innovation in UI/UX—quickly prototype and implement the latest technologies for frictionless user journeys✅ Requirements:3+ years of experience in React.js and React Native app developmentIn-depth knowledge of Java Script (ES6+), Type Script, Redux, and UI frameworks (such as Material UI)Strong background in unit/automated testing and continuous integration (CI/CD)Track record of optimizing performance and ensuring application securityExperience integrating RESTful APIs and managing complex app stateFamiliarity with Agile methodology and effective cross-functional collaboration????
