Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Python Developer
with expertise in
Django, Flask, FastAPI, RESTful APIs, and Microservices
to design and develop scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with
AWS cloud services
and
messaging queues
like
Kafka or RabbitMQ
, enabling seamless distributed system development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    backend applications
    using Python frameworks (
    Django, Flask, FastAPI
    ).
  • Build and integrate
    RESTful APIs
    and ensure secure and efficient communication between microservices.
  • Architect and implement
    microservices-based solutions
    with scalability and reliability in mind.
  • Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on
    AWS cloud infrastructure
    (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
  • Work with
    message brokers
    such as
    Kafka or RabbitMQ
    for real-time data streaming and asynchronous processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Write unit tests and perform code reviews to maintain clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Ensure security, performance, and compliance standards across applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of hands-on development experience with
    Python
    .
  • Strong experience with at least one Python framework:
    Django, Flask, FastAPI
    .
  • Solid knowledge of
    RESTful API design and integration
    .
  • Experience building
    microservices architectures
    .
  • Hands-on with
    AWS cloud services
    (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of
    message brokers
    like
    Kafka or RabbitMQ
    .
  • Proficiency in working with
    databases
    (SQL & NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with
    Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of
    GraphQL
    .
  • Exposure to
    serverless computing
    and event-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
