Job Summary:Simply Maratha is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our food court outlet located in Phoenix Mall Of the Millennium, Wakad, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in purchasing, inventory management, and staff supervision. Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant outlet, ensuring smooth service and high-quality customer experience.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, mall policies, and company standards.

Purchasing and Inventory Management:Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of all menu items while minimizing waste.Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing raw materials, negotiate prices, and maintain relationships to ensure timely delivery.Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock levels to optimize cost-efficiency.

Customer Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.Handle customer complaints and feedback with a professional and solution-oriented approach.

Staff Supervision and Training:Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and deliver excellent service.Schedule shifts, manage staff performance, and provide ongoing training to improve service standards.

Financial Management:Monitor daily sales, control costs, and work towards achieving revenue targets.Prepare reports on financial performance, inventory status, and other key metrics for senior management.
