Role Objective-

Major role shall be relationship building, researching the market and related products along with presenting the product favorably and in a structure professional manner.


Duties and Responsibilities-

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
  • Acting as a contact between Marimbula and its existing and potential markets
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sales. Also negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers and challenging any objectives with a view to getting the customer to buy
  • Demonstration of Marimbula products to make cocktails and mocktails
  • Menu development for customers
  • Create a basket selling strategy for sales team
  • Application training of sales team


Skills Required-

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bartending
  • Mixology
  • Demonstration Skills
  • Excellent selling & negotiation skills


Key Interactions-

Internal: Brand Ambassador, Sales Team, Culinary Chefs, Category Team

External: Bar managers, F&B managers, Bartenders, Beverage Leads, Restaurant Managers


Required Qualification-

  • Bachelor's in Hotel Management (mandatory)
  • Certificate course in Mixology (can be add on benefit)
  • WSET Any level (can be add on benefit)


Experience-

  • 5 to 7 years in Mixology / Bartending @ Star Hotels, Clubs, Pubs etc.
  • Preferably working on similar role in syrup / mixers based brands
