Human Resources JDAssist in talent acquisition and recruitment processesConduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiativesProvide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may ariseAdminister compensation and benefit plansPromote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplaceAssist in development and implementation of human resource policiesUndertake tasks around performance managementGather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover ratesOrganize quarterly and annual employee performance reviewsMaintain employee files and records in electronic and paper formUpdates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductionSupport all HR related activities include employee communication, recruitment,employment and immigration-related matters and maintenance of staff benefits.Assist and provide support in key compensation & benefits activities such as Annual Wage Supplement, Performance Bonus and Promotion.Ensuring compliance with the company policyPrepare any related HR letters (confirmation, salary adjustment, promotion etc)Attend employee queries/ clarifications on HR related issues promptly.Performing any other duties assigned by management.Filing/ documentations and administrative functions in the areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits as well as updating and maintenance of HR recordsAble to perform basic accounting added advantageAd-hoc administrative office matters as and when requiredRequirementsUnderstanding of general human resources policies and proceduresGood knowledge of employment/labour lawsOutstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plusExcellent communication and people skillsAptitude in problem-solvingDesire to work as a team with a result driven approachAdditional HR training will be a plusMust have at least 3+ years of work experience in HR managing end to end HR responsibilitiesPrior 2yrs experience in a Global IT company is a must.Working experience in organise visa, travel & travel accommodation of staffs is an added advantage.
