Position Overview
The Sales Executive will act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, proposals, and negotiations while ensuring long-term partnerships. This role requires strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a customer-first mindset to help Zayn expand its reach and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication and trust.
Act as the main contact for client questions, issues, or service requests.
Remind clients of contract renewals and service expirations proactively.
Follow up on payments and coordinate with accounts for outstanding invoices.
Identify new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and existing clients.
Support sales growth by introducing Zayn’s services to new customers.
Prepare, present, and share proposals with prospective and existing clients.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals effectively.
Monitor and forecast monthly sales performance to cover expenses and contribute to profitability.
Conduct post-project check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Handle client complaints with professionalism and timely resolutions.
Stay updated on company services to effectively present and promote solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience (1–2 years) as a Sales Executive, Business Development Officer, or similar role .
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
Knowledge of IT, digital marketing, or web services (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
