Job Description : WEB DEVELOPER (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, MERN) with DevOps FocusPosition Overview : We are seeking a versatile WEB DEVELOPER with expertise in WordPress, Magento, MERN stack, and DevOps practices to lead our diverse web development projects. This role requires strong command of multiple web technologies, a focus on DevOps best practices, and effective leadership.Responsibilities:Lead and manage technical aspects of web development projects across WordPress, Magento, MERN stack, and DevOps practices.Collaborate with project stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and technical strategies.Provide expert guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges that arise during development.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in web development.Drive process improvements, tools, and methodologies.Act as a technical liaison with clients, understanding their needs and proposing technical solutions.Lead technical discussions with clients, providing clear explanations and recommendations.Ensure responsive design and optimal performance across platforms.Implement DevOps practices for deployment, automation, and monitoring.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Years Of Experience : 2 to 2.5 Years MinimumProven experience as a Technical Lead in WordPress, Magento, MERN stack, and DevOps.Strong proficiency in WordPress development, including theme and plugin development.Experience with Magento, including customizations and extensions.Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design.MERN stack proficiency: MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js.Familiarity with e-commerce concepts, shopping carts, payment gateways, and order management.DevOps experience: CI/CD, containerization, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), automation tools (Docker, Jenkins).Version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.SkillsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions.Leadership qualities with a track record of guiding and motivating development teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for staying updated with industry trends and embracing continuous learning.Attention to detail, quality, and commitment to delivering high-caliber work
