About the Role

We are seeking a skilled
Performance Testing Engineer
with strong expertise in LoadRunner, APM tools, and logging tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure applications meet business-critical performance benchmarks and deliver a seamless end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using
    LoadRunner
    and related tools.
  • Define performance test strategies, scenarios, workloads, and benchmarks.
  • Monitor system performance using
    APM tools
    (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, etc.).
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system scalability.
  • Utilize
    logging tools
    and monitoring frameworks to capture metrics and analyze results.
  • Provide detailed reports on system performance, capacity, scalability, and stability.
  • Participate in performance tuning, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Technologies Required

  • Strong hands-on experience with
    LoadRunner
    (mandatory).
  • Expertise in
    Performance Testing methodologies
    (load, stress, endurance, scalability).
  • Knowledge of
    APM tools
    (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, or similar).
  • Familiarity with
    logging and monitoring tools
    (Splunk, ELK, Grafana, or similar).
  • Good understanding of system architecture, databases, middleware, and cloud environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in working across
    Agile/Scrum
    environments.
  • Exposure to
    CI/CD pipelines
    for automated performance testing.
