Job Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with over 3 years of experience and a strong background in SEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand and services. You will play a key role in driving traffic, enhancing user engagement, and achieving business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing)
  • Perform ongoing keyword research, competitive analysis, and optimization to improve organic search rankings
  • Plan and execute SEO/SEM campaigns to increase organic traffic and conversions
  • Design and execute SEM campaigns focused on brand building and direct-to-consumer (D2C) acquisition
  • Manage and optimize ad campaigns on platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor website performance metrics and implement strategies to improve user experience and on-page optimization
  • Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Firebase SEMrush, and other SEO tools, and provide actionable insights
  • Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing
  • Assist in managing social media channels and online reputation management strategies

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and SEM
  • Proven experience managing successful SEO and SEM campaigns and driving organic traffic and conversions
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Marketing Automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) or similar tools
  • Experience managing ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn
  • Proficient in on-page and off-page SEO strategies and technical SEO
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with content marketing, link building, and influencer outreach
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other content management systems
  • Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing
