Role Description Thisis a fulltime remote role for a Rust/Solana Custodial Bridged BTCDeveloper. The developer will be responsible for daytoday tasksrelated to building and maintaining the Rust/Solana CustodialBridged BTC smart contract for managing Bitcoin in Solanapoweredtools (i.e. Wormhole) as well as implementing tests for the smartcontract in the Rust programminglanguage.

The successfulcandidate will leverage native SPL contracts and Solana extensionsto facilitate the seamless transfer and management of wrapped BTCassets on the Solanablockchain.Responsibilities:Developa core contract with essential features including minting burningpausing unpausing transferring freezing addresses and handlingblacklisting of addresses.Ensure that thecontract is permissioned for critical actions such as minting andburning with appropriate roles assigned forsecurity.Implement mechanisms for collateralmanagement ensuring that each wrapped 21BTC on Solana is backed 1:1with the underlying BTC held ascollateralCollaborate with pyxidia approvedcounterparties to facilitate the secure transfer of BTC collateraland minting of wrapped 21BTC onSolana.Maintain and optimize the contractfor efficiency security and scalability considering the uniquefeatures and requirements of the Solanablockchain.Provide documentation and supportfor integration with external systems andapplications.Qualifications:Proficiencyin Rust programming language with a strong understanding of smartcontract development
