Responsibilities Propose a focused workshop (2–5 days; ~1.5 hrs/day) with clear learning outcomes Prepare slides/demos, datasets, or case studies; provide references/reading Teach live on Zoom; engage Q&A and short activities Share post-session materials (slides/notes/problem sets) Coordinate with our team on schedule, promotion, and certificates Optional: set a small assignment or demo for hands-on learning Minimum Qualifications PhD in Chemistry or an interdisciplinary field with strong chemistry relevance Proven expertise (publications, patents, industry track record, or teaching experience) Clear communication; comfort with online teaching tools Preference for instructors with real-world case studies or applied projects Compensation Honorarium + performance-based share (participant-driven), negotiated per workshop Certificates issued to participants; co-branding available for instructors How to Apply Send a brief proposal (title, 3–5 learning outcomes, 3–6 bullet syllabus, preferred dates, short bio) and links to Google Scholar/ORCID/portfolio.
