We are looking for Fashion Stylist for Moksha (Mumbai)Share your work portfolio along with your resume- MandateFashion designers and merchandisers, PLEASE DO NOT APPLYSalary- up to 25 lacs per annumExp- Min 10-14 yearsLocation- MumbaiImmediate Joiners shall only apply.Roles and Responsibilities of Fashion stylist :Role:Ecommerce /Catalouge Stylist (apparel )Responsibilities:Acquire relevant information about the brands regarding the mood, lighting, background, etc.Source styling coordinates as per the current trends and guidelinesPartner with the photographers and make-up artists to ensure the smooth execution of shoots in line with the brand ethosTroubleshoots on-set styling challengesMeet daily studio productivity targets while maintaining quality benchmarks.Behavioural CompetenciesWillingness to stretchShould be a team playerAdherence to timelinesAdaptable to the cultureFunctional CompetenciesShould be up to date with current fashion trendsAn eye for style and attention to detailShould be able to work under high pressure without compromising on qualityAbility to generate out-of-the-box ideas to improve the visual appeal of the productTake ownership of tasks assigned and should ensure smooth functioning of the studioProven, exceptional talent for understanding fashion, creating new style directions, and being able to make those ideas a reality on setA superb eye for style, visual composition and attention to detailCreative with solid strength in product and prop stylingRigorous knowledge of styling techniques across the industry and in various merchandise categories, with particular attention to the visual aestheticAn instinctual devotion to trends and emerging brands, with an insiders perspective on the apparel products marketSeasoned familiarity with the intensity of a high-production studio, yet able to uphold the highest quality standards within that pressured environmentShould have proven experience and can excel and thrive in a studio environment that straddles both a high-volume workflow as well as a traditional editorial/lifestyle environmentProvide daily on-set supervision & quality with the photographerRun daily shoots while maintaining positive energy in the studio at all timesTroubleshoot styling challenges on-setAnalyze productivity to develop and implement process improvementThanks,Team HR
