Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions

- Promoting best practices in software development and service delivery, including agile methodologies and TDD

- Contributing to design and architecture decisions aligned with product roadmap and business objectives

- Collaborating with cross-functional team members in a matrixed organization

- Keeping updated with industry trends to enhance development processes

- Cultivating a culture of learning and productivity within the team

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech), or MCA

- 4-8 years of Java software development experience

- 4+ years of experience in software solution delivery, preferably SaaS

- Experience with microservice architecture and cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

- Proficiency in ORMs like Hibernate and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)

- Strong background in TDD, CI/CD, agile methodologies, and code reviews.
