Job Title: IT HeadKeyResponsibilities:
StrategicPlanning:
  • Develop and implement ITstrategies that align with the organizations goals and objectives.Provide vision and leadership for the development andimplementation of IT initiatives.
  • Identify andprioritize AI initiatives that drive value andinnovation.
  • Collaborate with executiveleadership to integrate AI strategies into the broader IT andbusinessstrategy.

AITechnology Management:
  • Oversee theevaluation selection and deployment of AI technologies andtools.
  • Manage AI infrastructure including datapipelines machine learning platforms and computingresources.
  • Ensure the integration of AIsolutions with existing systems andapplications.

TechnologyManagement:
  • Oversee the managementand operation of IT systems including hardware software networksand data centres.
  • Ensure that all technologysystems are functioning optimally.
  • TeamLeadership:
  • Lead mentor and manage the ITdepartment team.
  • Foster a collaborative andinnovative team environment.
  • Develop andimplement professional development plans for teammembers.

ProjectManagement:
  • Oversee IT project& AIrelated projects from inception through deployment andmaintenance.
  • Ensure projects are delivered ontime within scope and within budget.
  • Coordinatewith other IT and business units to ensure successful project.

DataManagement and Analytics:
  • Developstrategies for data collection storage and management to support AIinitiatives.
  • Ensure data quality security andcompliance with relevant regulations.
  • Utilizeanalytics to measure the effectiveness of AI solutions and provideinsights for continuousimprovement.

Securityand Compliance:
  • Implement andmaintain IT security policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulationsand standards.
  • Manage data security anddisaster recoveryplans.

VendorManagement:
  • Evaluate and managerelationships with IT vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure service levelagreements (SLAs) aremet.

RiskManagement:
  • Identify potential ITrisks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure that IT systems are resilient and canrecover quickly fromdisruptions.

StakeholderEngagement:
  • Work closely withstakeholders across the organization to understand their needs andensure AI solutions address businesschallenges.
  • Communicate complex AI concepts andproject statuses to nontechnicalstakeholders.

Innovationand Research:
  • Stay current with AItrends technologies and bestpractices.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologiesand recommend adoption whereappropriate.
  • Promote a culture of innovationand experimentation within the AIteam.

Qualifications:
  • Education:Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or arelatedfield.

Experience:
  • Provenexperience (typically 12 years) in IT or a related field with astrong focus on AI technologies andapplications.
  • Experience in a leadership rolemanaging AI teams andprojects.

Skills:
  • Strongunderstanding of AI methodologies tools and bestpractices.
  • Excellent leadership communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability tomanage complex projects and work effectively with crossfunctionalteams.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and theability to make datadrivendecisions.

PreferredQualifications:
  • Knowledge ofindustryspecific AI applications and usecases.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and ethicalconsiderations related toAI.
