Being a senior engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the manufacturing process, and to ensure the error free operations sequences in order to improve the quality and productivity. You will be collaborating with cross functional teams by providing the technical expertise and implement the continuous improvement initiative to drive operational excellence.

- Engineering Drawing review and selection of Machining process / appropriate Machine tools / Cutting Tool's / Fixtures to machine the parts in- house.
- Preparation of Operation Sequences, Routing for Machining Parts, Assembly of Valves
- CAM Programming / Manual Programming, Cycle time Preparation 6 Monitoring.
- Solid Model for Test flanges / fixturesdesign.
- Develop and implement the new manufacturing strategies and processes to optimise the efficiency, Improve Quality and reducing the cost.
- Collaboration with cross functional teams such as production, quality,engineering to ensurethe smooth production operations (Process trouble shooting) for timely delivery of products.
- Evaluating the existing process and tooling's, identifying the opportunities for improvements and implementing changes to improve the efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and Maintain the Manufacturing Process documentation including work instructions, process flow charts, and SOP's.
- Finding the Root-Causes, Implementing the corrective actions toresolve the productrelated issues and to minimize the downtime.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any supplier related issues that may affectthe products.
- Train 6 Guide the Junioe Engineers, Providing the Guidance and support to Evolve them in their professional carrier.
- Manufacturing Cost Monitoring and Controlling
- Stay Updated with latest technology of Manufacturing Process, tooling's, Fixturing, and industry best practices to implement to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliancewith regulatory requirements and industry standardsin manufacturing processes
Skill Requirements:
- Strong Knowledge in Manufacturing Process, Including Machining, Assembly D Testing, Inspection
- Proficient in Using of Manufacturing software / tools such as CAD, CAM D Simulation Tools.
- Minimum S Years experience in valves manufacturing industry having various types of CNC / Conventional Machines.
- Ability to Read and Understanding of the engineering drawings.
- Knowledge in GDDT.
- Ability to interactwith shop operators, trouble shooting of the manufacturing related queries
- Strong knowledge in Cutting tools and Parameters.
- Experienced in Implementing the Manufacturing Process improvement methodology.
- Excellent Problem-solving Skills,Ability to analyse the Manufacturing related issues, and implement the error
free solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work multi-tasking with fast-paced environment.
- Exposure in ERP systems.
Critical Competencies for Success
- BE/ B.Tech — Mechanical Engineering with 5-7 Years Experience.
- Good Communication Skills Both Verbal D Written
- Strong Manufacturing Process Knowledge.
