We require a Lab In-charge for our Yarn Dyeing plant. The Lab In-charge will be responsible for managing shade development and ensuring accuracy in lab-to-bulk reproducibility for our Yarn Dyeing plant. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of dyes, chemicals, and shade matching techniques.

Key Responsibilities -

  1. Lead and manage daily laboratory operations.

  2. Develop and approve shades for yarn dyeing.

  3. Ensure precise shade matching and reproducibility for bulk production.

  4. Maintain detailed records of lab trails, dye recipes and testing.

  5. Coordinate closely with the production team for timely approvals.

  6. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements :

  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a dyeing lab.

  2. Strong knowledge of dyes, auxiliaries and testing.

  3. Proven expertise in shade matching.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45, ₹55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kadodara, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
