Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee the development and execution of high-impact creative assets across presentations, sales enablement materials, digital ads, event branding, video, print, and social platforms — ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.
● Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing clear direction and feedback to ensure timely delivery, high-quality output, and alignment with overall marketing goals.
● Define and lead the strategic direction of all creative initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives while championing the brand's visual and verbal identity across all touchpoints.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, communications, and executive teams to translate marketing objectives into compelling creative strategies and visual narratives.
● Leverage performance insights and feedback to continuously iterate and optimise creative execution across channels.
● Represent the design function in cross-functional meetings and strategic discussions, advocating for the role of design in driving business impact.
● Manage and maintain a centralised repository of creative assets and templates to ensure consistency and version control across teams.
Requirements & Skills:
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related creative field.
● Minimum 7 years of experience in a leadership or management role, overseeing a team of designers.
● Experience working in B2B SaaS preferred; familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and video editing platforms is a plus.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly present creative ideas and provide direction across teams
● Experience managing and maintaining a centralised content library or creative asset repository to ensure consistency and version control across teams.
● Experience delivering high-quality, on-brand creative work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
● Curiosity and openness to innovation, with a pulse on emerging design trends and creative best practices across industries.
● A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of marketing design work — including pitch decks, web visuals, paid ads, brand identity, social media graphics, and event branding
