Manages an analytical services group, includingconducting the performance management processand providing input for staffing and disciplinaryactions, and provides hands-on training to staff.2. Develops periodic goals, organizes the work,sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities,and ensures timely and accurate completion ofwork.3. Participates in all division managementmeetings and decision-making processesto understand business plans and expectationsof the group.4. Works with client servicing manager andconsulting staff to understand client expectationsand the specific levels of support needed.5. Works with operations managers to establishstandards of performance that are required tomeet business objectives and client expectations.Evaluates actual performance against expectationsto identify areas for continuous improvement.6. Provides on-the-job guidance to the group,and ensures that all necessary resources areprovided to accomplish priorities.Knowledge :Knowledge of all aspects of trust accountingand securities processing as well as therelationship of these processes to performancemeasurement services, acquired through workexperience, to effectively manage performanceanalysts and administrative staff, and disseminatetechnical information to the groups as appropriate.Leadership and organizational skills are requiredto develop periodic goals and to manage andmotivate team members towards the goals set.Experience :5 to 7 years of financial operations, includingmanagerial experience.
