Key Responsibilities

  • Design scalable and secure architectures for MERN stack applications.
  • Define and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Drive observability initiatives (logging, monitoring, tracing, alerting).
  • Architect solutions leveraging AWS cloud services (ECS/EKS, RDS, DocumentDB, S3, etc.).
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical designs.
  • Ensure database optimization and scalability with both MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to developers.
  • Define best practices for coding, testing, deployments, and system performance.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong expertise in
    , MongoDB, PostgreSQL
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    Linux environments
    and system-level debugging.
  • Proven experience architecting solutions on
    AWS Cloud
    .
  • Knowledge of
    observability tools and practices
    (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
  • Hands-on with
    CI/CD pipeline creation and automation
    (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of
    microservices and service-based architecture
    .
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with
    Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
    or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Exposure to security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
