Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership:

Lead and manage design teams, providing direct supervision, mentoring, and fostering professional growth.

Project Management:

Define project scope, schedule, and budget estimates, ensuring resource allocation and responsibility assignment are effectively managed.

Software Proficiency:

Master the use of accounting and scheduling software to manage projects seamlessly.

Execution and Oversight:

Execute project work plans precisely, monitor progress, and ensure strict adherence to project scope.

Client Relations:

Maintain strong relationships through consistent communication and engagement, serving as the primary liaison for projects.

Sub-Consultant Coordination:

Coordinate and review the work of sub-consultants to ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional Development:

Enhance your professional network through active participation in and leadership within professional organizations.

Technical CompetenciesSoftware Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or BIM; experienced in structural analysis software such as RISA 3D, Etabs, SAP, or RAM Structural System.

Experience:

5-7 years of experience enhancing project efficiency and accuracy in structural design.

RequirementsEducation:

Bachelor’s Degree from an ABET-accredited institution; Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering preferred.

Certification:

EIT certification or the ability to achieve it within one year.

Teamwork:

Demonstrated excellence in teamwork and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Communication:

Outstanding communication skills, effective in engaging with all project stakeholders.

Detail-Oriented:

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to expanding knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines.
