Job Description Job Purpose   As Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) Analyst , you will be responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, and analysis efforts that guide strategic decision-making across the business. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across product, operations, and senior leadership to provide actionable insights and ensure financial targets are met as we scale.Key Responsibilities    Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial models. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including Contracted ARR schedules, variance analysis and KPI dashboards for senior management and our owners. Data Analysis: Analyse financial data, business trends, and performance metrics to support strategic initiatives. Business Partnering: Work closely with department heads, especially Professional Services, to understand their cost drivers, track performance, and improve forecasting accuracy. Scenario Modelling: Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and new product launches. Process Improvement: Help optimize financial processes and reporting tools, by further developing capabilities of Abacum. Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide insightful analysis on demand to support strategic decisions, fundraising efforts, and investor relations. 2-4 years' experience in FP&A or Management Accountant roles, preferably in a tech or FinTech environment. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Abacum) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
