Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Industrial Engineer. The role is on-site and located in Dungarpur. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes, developing and implementing efficient systems, and overseeing manufacturing operations. Daily tasks include process improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting time and motion studies, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Industrial Engineer will also work on continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Process Improvement
  • Effective Communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on-site in Udaipur
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
