About the Role

This role is designed for professionals who thrive in client-facing positions and excel in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics. Your ability to engage with US-based clients and drive seamless operations will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction Build strong relationships and address client needs effectively.
    Supply Chain Management Oversee and optimize procurement and logistics processes.
    Procurement & Negotiation – Manage supplier relationships for operational efficiency.
    Logistics Coordination – Ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
    Issue Resolution – Proactively resolve concerns and enhance client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Exceptional communication skills – A must for seamless client engagement.
    Experience- Freshers– In supply chain, procurement, or logistics (a plus).
    Problem-solving mindset – Ability to think on your feet and drive solutions.
    Availability – Willingness to work in Night Shifts
